Information on this site

This portfolio uses the hosting platform’s sign-in and approved-guest access controls. It has no separate email signup form, advertising trackers, or application analytics added by Lockdown AI. The private work log stores approved people, self-reported project work, plans, equipment records, and audit history. Employees see their own work records; the owner can review the team. Project filters run in your browser without saving a profile.

Hosting and access

The hosting provider may process network and access information needed to authenticate visitors and serve and protect this restricted website. Approved guests see read-only project summaries. The owner can revoke guest access. Signing in does not grant access to the separate private development workspace. Operational applications and private company records are separate from this portfolio.

Character preview and optional preference

Detective Sarge is an illustrated AI character with a recorded voice introduction. The prepared project guide answers from a curated portfolio index in your browser. An optional owner-only Claude demo can be connected explicitly when configured. In that mode, each new question and selected approved portfolio excerpts are sent to Anthropic for generation; private archive documents and saved conversation history are excluded. No microphone recording is active. Do not enter case details, personal data, or credentials. If you choose device memory, up to 20 questions are stored in your browser; use Clear conversation and memory to remove them. If you choose “Remember my sample topic,” the site saves only that topic in your browser. Use “Forget my sample preference” to clear it. This preference is device-local and does not create an account-level conversation history.

Optional generative guide

Detective Sarge’s persona and guidance workflow were created by Drew Smith, Lockdown AI LLC. The server retrieves relevant excerpts from the approved portfolio corpus and checks returned source identifiers. This limited retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is not a connected private case knowledge base. Authentication protects access, but cloud generation sends selected content to the configured provider. The app retains session expiry and rate counters, not question or answer transcripts. Provider handling follows your provider agreement. Disconnect ends the app session; it cannot recall content already processed. Voice and avatar services are separate and are not connected by this demo. This demo is not approved for CJI. A deployment intended for CJIS-regulated work requires agency review of access, encryption, logging, retention, infrastructure, and provider arrangements.

Synthetic exhibition receipts

The demonstration API stores your site user ID, selected fictional scenario, revision, report digest, review state, and timestamps. Receipts expire after 24 hours; older receipts are removed when you next run an exercise. No question text or real case evidence is stored by this feature. Encrypted demonstration packages are created in your browser and downloaded only when you choose. They are not transmitted to Axon.

Owner document archive and funding review

The private admin workspace retains reviewed project documentation in protected object storage, with metadata, source references and file fingerprints in the database. Funding drafts and owner decisions are retained with a revision fingerprint. These files are available only to the owner and are excluded from the visitor guide. The document sync imports reviewed project documentation from approved sources, preserving prior versions. Credential files, passwords, captured keystrokes and live case evidence are excluded.

Email inquiries

Email links open your own mail application. Information you choose to send is handled through email services and used to respond to your inquiry. Avoid sending sensitive evidence or credentials.

Separate project services

Any operational project service requires its own privacy, security, and usage information. The descriptions here do not authorize uploading evidence or using prototypes for live cases.
