The purpose
Help records staff prepare consistent, reviewable work.
THE IDEA, AT A GLANCE
Records staff deserve a workflow that supports careful decisions. OPRA Administration brings requests, proposed redactions, and response drafts into a reviewable process led by the records custodian.
OPEN THE EXPERIENCE
Explore OPRA Request & Response System’s role in the connected workflow using fixed fictional records. The exhibition runs on this site; the separate operational application remains a controlled prototype.
Checks the hosted exercise service and prepares the scenario catalog. No external project is started.

Strengthen consistency through coaching. Make the basis for each decision visible and help staff prepare clear work for authorized review.
Support the request-to-response process with accountable human decisions.
Confirm current rules, deadlines, exemptions, redaction accuracy, and custodian approval.
THE CONNECTED WORKFLOW · ILLUSTRATIVE
A shared direction for PhishFinder and SUPRA. Each review has a purpose, and every release stays with an authorized person.
Citizen statement, source files, and a clear record of what was provided.
Separate reviewed facts, reported claims, and unresolved questions.
Prepare request drafts for authorized legal review.
Turn approved facts into a clear public-information draft.
Prepare proposed masks and release copies for custodian review.
Keep the original separate from the reviewed output. Approval alone does not transmit a record.
Intended destination: an agency-authorized evidence workflow with recipient verification and a delivery receipt. API access and end-to-end validation are still required.

WHERE THE PROJECT STANDS
Saved Supra source references OPRA redaction. The complete request-to-response workflow and current legal requirements have not been validated here.
Project goals describe the direction of development. A prototype is an early test version; synthetic demonstrations use fictional material. The interactive exhibition demonstrates selected workflows with fictional records. Separate operational applications retain their own access and deployment requirements.
